In February of 2016, I was baptized with the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues. Since then, God has begun unlocking spiritual gifts in my life. The Holy Spirit has spoken to me in Hebrew and Spanish to get my attention and He started giving me words for myself and others. I can’t explain it. I may never understand it completely. But I know it is from God. He gives me a phrase or two and as I begin to write or type the words just begin to flow from the Holy Spirit onto the paper. I thank God for what He is doing in my life.

Philippians 4:19 But my God shall supply your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Recent days have been filled with spiritual warfare, but as I step out in faith, God has done amazing things. He’s forming new friendships, setting up divine appointments, opening doors for me to share my faith, and growing me through trials. I have learned that God doesn’t want us to be comfortable in life’s circumstances. He uses trials to grow us spiritually and teaches us that all we need is Him. If we will trust Him, obey Him, seek Him, follow Him, and rely on Him in all things, He will always bring us through the battle refined by fire.
Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to His purpose.
